If you're still reading, you can stop now. I might just have to do something interesting or unusally just to blog about it. Thats all. No idea why I typed this out. Thanks for your time.
Just got back from a two-week vacation to NY.
It started with a three-day-stay at Washington, DC. I think it was around a 1000 mile drive to Maryland where we stayed at my cousins house. From our stay in Maryland we drove about 35 miles every morning followed by a 50 minute ride on the Metro. Everyday seemed to grow hotter and hotter, reaching a temperature of about 100 degrees, but it was good.
After all this we drove another 500 or 600 miles to Long Island, New York. We stayed in Mt. Saini, near Port Jeferson, about 35 miles from the coast. There we went to a few parties with cousins and family, and just hung out, but we were always doing something. One of the days we went on a sail-boat ride. Every one of the days we went out to fancy resteraunts. Another one of those days we went into New York City.
We got into NYC from Long Island by an hour and a half train ride, and spent most of the morning on the Empire State Builing. After that we ate, and took a cab to the Statin Island Ferry. The cab drivers there are so crazy, its awesome. We went to ground zero also, that was pretty amazing. We also did a whole days worth of stuff in between that and ended it all with dinner at Chinatown.
After NYC we drove another 600 miles to Sandusky, Ohio, where we stayed at a hotel and prepared for a big day. We went to Cedar Point, one of the biggest amusement parks in the world. I've always liked rollar-coasters, so this was nice after spending the day in the car on my birthday :-P. I guess I went on what they said was the tallest and fastest rollercoaster in the world, that was pretty wild.
After it all, today, I spend the whole day in the car driving another 600 miles. So glad to be home. Now, here I am typing up my vacation story and most of you have probably got bored and stoped reading by now. But those of you who are, I'm almost done. It's so hot in my house since the AC hasn't been on in two weeks and I'm getting tired so I'm gonna head to bed. Just thought I'd type out my two-week story for someone to read. Goodnight now.
